I work in DC and don't have many days off during the week to handle vehicle maintenance. I called and was told to come on by and they would try to work me in. I went by and spoke with Nick Smith, who is one of the service advisors and he assured me that they would get my car looked at that day and he would call me with an update. Nick called a few hours later with an update and told me unfortunately some of the work that was needed would not be covered by our extended service plan that we purchased. I expressed my concerns and that I didn't understand why the services would not be covered since we always brought the car in for the recommended services and nothing had been caught before. Nick was very patient and kind with me, listening to my concerns and assured me he would see what he could do.
